Appointment Registration

Patient Registration
If this is your first visit to IC, you will need to open a file at the reception desk. Please bring your civil id with you and present it to our receptionist at the time of registration. The receptionist will ask you to fill out some personal details for our records. If you have health insurance, your valid insurance card should be presented upon registration. If you are an employee with a company which has credit billing facility with IC, please present your company ID card and/or a referral letter from your company.

Appointment Booking
The appointment can be requested by telephone and/or in person. IC does not charge its patients for booking an appointment. Same day appointments and walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated at the earliest possible time depending on the doctors schedule.


Canceling an Appointment
Should you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance through our call centre or you may visit the branch.

 

Working Hours

Reception:24 Hours, 7 days a week
Pharmacy:24 Hours, 7 days a week
Laboratory:24 Hours, 7 days a week
Diagnostic Imaging:8 am to 11 pm
Clinics:9 a.m.to 1 p.m.and 4:30 p.m.to 9 p.m. (Doctors are on call after 9pm and on Fridays)
24-Hour Care Center:24 Hours, 7 days a week (Only General Practitioner is available)


IC is open during all Public Holidays
