Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or customer service role (preferably in a clinic).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using booking systems, scheduling software
- Ability to handle client complaints with tact and professionalism.
- Sales-oriented mindset with basic knowledge of upselling and cross-selling.
